Elevating Wellness is excited to announce our partnership with AthenaHealth.  As our new Electronic Medical Records system, you will be able to utilize the Patient Portal.  The Patient Portal will allow you to send secure messages to Dr. Eric asking questions regarding your health, requesting follow up consultations, request prescription refills and order/reorder supplements, download and print medical records, as well as pay your bill online.

Please click the Patient Portal link to be taken to the Patient Portal welcome page. Once there, click the sign-up link below the Log in with athenahealth button. This will take you to the registration page, where you can create your athenahealth account.
